It's been another whirlwind week since returning from the Ice Climbing World Cup tour.

After a few days at home to catch up on work, life and laundry ... I had another fast turnaround to sort before heading to the big smoke for the The Telegraph Outdoor Adventure & Travel Show and the Arch SuperBloc.

Two days of hosting the "Adventure Stage", a day of shooting the bouldering competition and another a day on the mic as compere/MC for the semis + finals of the event were tiring to say the least ... but I tell you what, they were a hell of a lot of fun too!

Right now I am somewhere between Luton airport and Barcelona. I'm heading out to Northern Spain and I'll be hanging with the team from Casa Catalunya for the duration ... I can't wait! This time though, instead of work, I'm travelling ON HOLIDAY; my first since becoming self-employed in fact. It's a bit of a landmark occasion for me in all honesty.

So I want to take this opportunity to say a MASSIVE thank you to everyone for their support so far this year, and so far in my "solo-career". Every "Like", "Share", "Retweet", etc pushes me that little bit further - honestly.

I'd like to thank the teams at Peak Design & Battle Oats for their continued support and an extra special thank you goes to Leah Crane who quite simply all of this would not be possible without. You are ALL a big part of this journey and it's a pleasure to share it with you.

And finally ... I want to say this: BIG THINGS are in the pipeline for the not-to-distant future ... so keep your eyes peeled for more info.

Stay tuned on my social channels for updates from Spain (because I can never *fully* switch off) LL
